Joel Gehman, the Lindner-Gambal Professor of Business Ethics and a professor of strategic management and public policy, received the Board Member of the Year Award from B Academics.
B Academics is a non-profit organization committed to the use of business as a force for good. It brings together a network of educators, researchers, students and practitioners from around the world who are committed to accelerating the sustainable business movement. Gehman co-founded B Academics in 2019 and serves as vice president and board member. Before to joining GW, Gehman was on faculty at the University of Alberta School of Business as a professor of strategy, entrepreneurship and management.
